Kiss Kiss Seahorse Brooch is made of printed almond toned plastic which lends the piece a vintage feel and is quite strong, yet wonderfully lightweight.  The seahorses have tiny rhinestone eyes and a little heart and rhinestone element pops up between them.  The piece measures 2.5" x 2.5" and a white pear shaped pearl dangles from the bottom.
